Rechnungskit opens its waitlist
The invoicing and bookkeeping automation that grew out of Happy Coffee's own online shop becomes a standalone product, starting as a private beta for a limited number of online shops.
Rechnungskit is now available through a waitlist. The product automates invoices and accounting documents for online shops: every payment becomes a compliant ZUGFeRD e-invoice, archived audit-proof under GoBD (the German rules for digital bookkeeping) and handed to DATEV as a ready booking batch.
Rechnungskit was built in the online shop of Happy Coffee, one of Germany's leading D2C coffee brands. The path from order to payment to bookkeeping was the same there every month, and every month it meant manual work across several tools. Rechnungskit covers this path end to end from the moment a payment comes in, instead of tidying up bookings after the fact.
At launch, Shopify (as an app), the push API and manual sources are connected; on the payment side, Shopify Payments, Stripe, Mollie and PayPal. Access starts as a private beta through the waitlist: once activated, everyone who signs up uses Rechnungskit for six months without the base price.
All details on features and pricing are on rechnungskit.de; the waitlist is open at rechnungskit.de/warteliste.
