At partner.rechnungskit.de with the type publisher / creator. Approval usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

Create and share your partner code
You create the code yourself in the portal. Share it as a code or as the link rechnungskit.de/r/YOURCODE. The portal gives you a ready-made text to copy.

Anyone who opens a new account with your code pays no base fee for 6 billed months. You get a revenue share for 12 months from their first paid invoice.

Ground rules
You accept the full partner terms in the portal before creating your first code. The key points up front:
- Label recommendations you earn commission on as advertising. German competition law requires it (§ 5a(4) UWG).
- Call it a "partner code". Voucher, discount code, coupon or promo code are not allowed.
- No voucher, discount or deal portals, and no paid ads on the name Rechnungskit.
- Don't present yourself as Rechnungskit: no Rechnungskit logos, domains or names as the sender.
Frequently asked questions
How high is the commission?
You get a share of the net revenue of every customer you bring in: base fee and documents, for 12 months from their first paid invoice. You'll see the rate in the partner terms in the partner portal once your account is approved.
What happens during the 6 months without the base fee?
Your audience then only pays for documents, and your commission is calculated from exactly those amounts. The 12 months still run from the first paid invoice.
How is a customer attributed to me?
Through your partner code, with no cookie. If someone comes via your link rechnungskit.de/r/YOURCODE, the code is already filled in on the signup form. It can also be entered during onboarding or later in the account, until the first billing period is complete. How it looks for your audience is explained under partner code.
Do I need a tax number or a registered business?
Rechnungskit pays out commission quarterly via self-billing credit notes. For that we need your tax number, even if you are a Kleinunternehmer (small business). Whether your income requires a registered business is best checked with your tax advisor; this is not tax advice.
What do I see in the partner portal?
Clicks, redemptions, paying customers and commission per code. You can deactivate or rotate codes; an old code stays valid for customers you already won. Support sets up a custom code such as YOURNAME. Credit notes and a CSV are ready to download.
Does the code also work for accounts billed through the Shopify App Store?
Not yet. For accounts billed through Shopify, Rechnungskit hides the partner code field.
Can I use my code for my own account?
No. No commission is paid for your own account, accounts of your company, or accounts under your own domain.
I run an agency or a tax firm. Is this the right page?
Agencies additionally get deal protection by domain and setup access to client accounts: partner program for agencies. Tax firms work with tax advisor access and receive no commission.
