Tax firm dashboard
All clients who granted access at a glance: this month's documents, the last export, and where drafts are waiting for review. From there you go straight into each client's archive, reports and DATEV settings. Every access is logged.
Review the month, then export
On a day you choose, Rechnungskit creates the previous month's revenue and payment batches for each client as drafts. The report shows totals, missing accounts and every booking; then you lock the batch. Nothing is ever locked automatically.
Invite by link or email
One link for all clients, or send the access request by email straight from the portal. The client confirms with one click. You see documents and payments and maintain the DATEV settings, but you cannot change invoices. The client can revoke access at any time and stays in control.
